WBYA’s Boys Lacrosse is aimed at having fun while kids learn lacrosse skills they might eventually use on school teams. We compete in the Chester County Lacrosse Association league. This league consists of teams from other school districts in close proximity to West Bradford.
- Serving Downingtown West and Coatesville families
- Full CCLA league travel schedule for U11 through U15
- “Play Day” Tournaments for U7 and U9
- U7 will be full pads using official lacrosse balls and mini nets (pads available for all players via WBYA)
- Loaner equipment available for U9- players responsible for sticks
- Rental helmets and limited rental equipment available for U11-U15
- Learn sportsmanship and values taught in all WBYA sports
- Emphasize that hard work and having fun can go hand in hand
- Experienced coaches at all levels
- Parent participation encouraged at U7
- Possibility of year-round tournaments for U9-U15

U-9 Must be under the age of 9 on Aug 31, 2012
U-11 Must be under the age of 11 on Aug 31, 2012
U-13 Must be under the age of 13 on Aug 31, 2012
U-15 Must be under the age of 15 on Aug 31, 2012
Coaching Staff
West Bradford Boys' Lacrosse program is guided by a coaching staff that includes seasoned high school coaches, professional and semi-professional lacrosse players and coaches, former NCAA coaches and players, and current high school players from across the region. Our coaches have performed at the highest levels - winning High School State Championships, World Championships and NCAA Championships. Our coaching staff brings experience, knowledge and a love of the game to the next generation of lacrosse players and we do so with pride and a sense of responsibility to our youth. We believe that our coaching staff is the most experienced in the area and highly motivated to teach the game of lacrosse in a competitive yet supportive environment.
